Fear of failure

This week in the gospel of Matthew, we get the parable of the master with three servants. Before going on a journey, the master gives each a sum of money. Each one does something with it that ends up having consequences for the one receiving the funds.

There are questions about fear of failure. Questions about living up to our potential. Questions about the character of God. There is more to the story than what may appear on the surface. What might it all mean for us as a small church?
